E&J Fire is a well established ISO 9001-2000 Accredited Approved, BSI Certified fire safety contracting company located in the South East of England.
We survey, design, install, commission and maintain many aspects of the fire safety trade. This includes Fire Risk Assessments, Staff Safety Training, Fire Alarm Systems, Portable Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Lighting, Safety Escape Route Signage, CCTV, Door Entry Access Systems and Intruder (Burglar) Alarm Systems. We combine many of the listed products to create be-spoke fault reports followed by ongoing maintenance and staff training from local small to medium size companies to large corporate regional businesses.
By being fully qualified in all the areas listed, we have the experience, insurance and accreditation to undertake the full range of fire safety requirements under the new Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order ( RRO or R.R.O ), where many other companies will only offer a single service.
Matthew joined E & J Fire in 1992 as an extinguisher engineer, further to completing his S/P103 and after his father retired Matthew developed the company now offering a full range of fire-related services to the highest standards.
He now presently leads the day to day running of the business and development
Chris joined E&J Fire in 2004 as the electrical director.
Joining the company as a qualified electrician with a diploma in fire alarm design and experience of fibre optic driven CCTV systems, the company branched out to undertake all of the customers electrical fire safety requirements.
He now designs, installs, commissions and maintains all aspects of the electrical side of E&J Fire
Steve joined the E & J group in 2006 and successfully completed his S/P 103 and S/T 104 for the contract maintenance of portable extinguishers incorporating registered fire extinguisher service technicians scheme.
He presently leads up all clients enquires and servicing for the maintenance of extinguishers.
Paul joined the E & J Group in 2008 working as a fire risk assessor and workplace training officer. Previously Paul spent 32 years working within the fire and rescue service accumulating a wealth of knowledge and experience in fire safety and health and safety fields.
He now leads up our fire risk assessment and training department.
Tom joined E & J in 2008 working as a fire risk assessor and work place training officer, previously Tom spent 31 years in the fire and rescue service accumulating a wealth of knowledge and experience in fire safety.
Sam joined the E & J Group in 2007 , she now manages the day to day administration of the office from client enquires to client accounts.
